Emmerdale fans have watched as the truth has finally come out over Caleb Milligan’s sneaky money tricks, and it’s left poor wife Ruby Fox-Milligan with no choice.
ITV viewers watched as Ruby was left devastated to find out that her husband had managed to get £100k out of her mum before her death, and that he’d been hiding it from her.

Viewers watched as Ruby was left aghast after discovering that Caleb had secretly visited her dying mother behind her back and stopped her from getting the chance to say goodbye.
She was later left seething with him as it was revealed he had secretly taken £100,000 from Helen’s inheritance without telling a single soul.
He attempted to cover it up by not letting on that he knew anything to Ruby.
However, upon investigations into the will, she was shocked to hear from the solicitor that she had spoken to Caleb about the missing £100k.
In an explosive row, she confronted Caleb and finally got the truth from him including that her mum hadn’t spoken about her before she passed away.
It looked like this could really be it for the couple’s marriage, with Ruby left devastated at the betrayal.
In another episode, Caleb looked to be trying to seek forgiveness after a sharp word from Laurel that he needed to prove to Ruby that he deserved forgiveness.
With flowers in hand, Caleb hoped he could show he was sorry but it wasn’t going to be enough to smooth things over.
Caleb also revealed he’s been speaking to Suni Sharma about potentially visiting their son Nicky Milligan.
However Suni is only happy for Ruby to visit, which Caleb suggested could be the break she needs from the village.
Trying to patch things up with Ruby, he explained: “[Nicky] knows about your mum, and everything that’s gone on, and he agrees it’d be good for you to get away for a bit.”
The gesture moved Ruby to tears after what’s been a rocky few months as she said: “That’s actually quite thoughtful, for you.”
ITV viewers have then seen that Ruby will be leaving Emmerdale, even just for a temporary basis as she takes time to see her son and have a break from the village.
It remains to be seen if she and Caleb can fully patch things up after his lies and hiding £100k from her.
Fans have also been speculating that Ruby could have a steamy love affair coming up, with many fans thinking that a newly returned Ross Barton could be the perfect pairing for Ruby after Caleb’s betrayal.
