Nepo babies with very famous Brit TV star mums land first magazine cover – but can you guess who their parents are?

THEIR mums are darlings of the fashion world who had a wildly successful TV run in the early noughties.

Now the style queens’ daughters – Lyla Elichaoff, 21, and Esme Bertelsen, 23 – are rising to prominence after landing their first magazine cover shoot for posh lifestyle mag Tatler.

A cursory glance at the duo should be enough to give away who their famous mums are.

Of course, it’s none other than Trinny Woodall and Susannah Constantine, hosts of the BBC’s What Not to Wear and ITV’s Trinny & Susannah Undress…

Though the pair have the same playful, fun bond as their mums, the duo aren’t plotting to become the next television double act.

Lyla and Esme claim to have never watched their mums’ popular series’ and are busy forging their own careers out of the spotlight.

Susannah’s daughter Esme is an artist management specialist at Williams Godrich – a creative firm owned by pop star Robbie Williams and his close pal Ed Godrich.

While Trinny’s daughter Lyla is a student at Madrid’s hip IE University where she is studying communication and digital media.

When asked if they hold ambitions of following in their mums’ footsteps, Lyla said: “I’ve never thought about it. I think that’s their thing.”

Esme said: “They were so similar, but so opposite. It really worked, their dynamic. I feel like we are just too similar?”

The girls have never been on the receiving end of the stinging sartorial critique their mums’ were famous for dishing out on TV.

But then much of their wardrobe is made of their parents’ designer hand me downs and has therefore already had the seal of approval.

Esme said: “Mum gave us free rein over what we wore.”

Lyla added: “I think it’s good to let your kids develop their own fashions and make really bad mistakes.”

The interview was carried out at Trinny’s plush mews-house in the capital, where the business owner was on hand to sort refreshments though otherwise made herself scarce.

The This Morning fashion expert, 60, has turned her media career into a business empire, with her Trinny London brand employing 220 people and worth an estimated £180million.

It has also scooped numerous industry awards since launching in 2018.

In recent years Susannah, who raised her three children on a 120-acre Sussex estate, has starred in I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! and Strictly Come Dancing.

It’s probably just as well they’ve diversified as their daughters are unsure if the programmes with which they made their name would succeed in the modern day, claiming they were very much of their time.

Lyla said: “I think they would be cancelled if the show was made now. You can’t really speak to people like that any more, and say things like, ‘You’re so ugly.’”
