(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) reported that officers were dispatched to a bank near East Woodmen Road and Powers Boulevard on Friday, Oct. 18, where a bank robbery occurred.
According to CSPD, when officers arrived at the 7300 block of Duryea Drive around 4:30 p.m., they learned that four unknown suspects had entered the bank and taken an undisclosed amount of money.
Detectives from the Robbery/Assault Unit responded and took control of the investigation. This is believed to be an isolated incident.
