28-year-old Adarion Decoda Parsons-Derr of 32nd Avenue NE in Hickory was arrested Thursday (October 17) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of controlled substance on prison or jail premises, and failure to appear on a count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Parsons-Derr was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $3,000 bond. District Court Dates were scheduled today (October 18) and October 28.
