Barbara Palvin is being praised by fans for the way she handled a question about her diet backstage at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Tuesday.
The Hungarian model, 31, was interviewed by Entertainment Tonight as she got ready for the runway extravaganza, which saw stars including Gigi Hadid, Kate Moss and Ashley Graham flaunt their figures in sexy lingerie at Duggal Greenhouse in Brooklyn, New York City.
While getting her hair and makeup done backstage, Barbara – who is married to former Disney actor Dylan Sprouse – was asked by the interviewer what food she wanted to “treat” herself to once the show was over – and she is being praised for her ‘great answer.’
Barbara seemed a little surprised by the question and took the opportunity to subtly condemn the topic of restrictive diets, which became associated with the Victoria’s Secret image in the 2000s and 2010s.
Recalling the 2018 show when her then-boyfriend Dylan, 32, brought her fast food to enjoy as soon as she finished the catwalk, Barbara said: ‘Dylan brought me Shake Shack, but because I really wasn’t eating healthy.

A reporter from Entertainment Tonight asked Barbara what food she wanted to “treat” to once the show was over
“This time I listened to my body, so whatever I wanted to eat, I ate it,” she continued, before adding, “And I look better than ever!” as she looked straight through the camera lens.
TikTok users were quick to praise Barbara for the way she responded, as one person wrote, “Ma’am, that was such a good answer,” while another said, “Why are we asking that question in 2024, she responded with the best answer and such grace, she is amazing.”
A third person agreed, saying: ‘Disappointing question, great response,’ and a fourth added: ‘It’s time to stop asking that question!!! But great reaction from Barbara, I really like her.’
Someone else wrote: ‘Why do people still ask that question? She answered amazingly,” and another user added, “I just love her so much and I love her answer to that second question,” while another added, “This question in 2024 IS CRAZY, I love it how she answered.’
“She’s such a great girl who answers it this way. I’m so happy to hear the difference in those answers,” said another person.
Barbara looked stunning as she hit the catwalk on Tuesday night in a sexy shimmery dress with a daring neckline and thigh-high slit.
Her look was complete with a statement pair of silver wings and matching strappy heels as she strutted her stuff with her hands on her hips.
Dylan was pictured arriving on the star-studded carpet with cardboard cutouts of their pets – a black dog and a gray cat – which Barbara also referenced during her chat with Entertainment Tonight.

When Olivia Culpo asked the Sprouse brother on the pink carpet who he wanted to see perform, he quickly shut it down.
The former child star explained that he wasn’t interested in seeing the other Angels, or the performers, including Tyla, Lisa from Blackpink and Cher.
Instead, it was all about his wife, whom he married in a traditional Hungarian ceremony in July 2023.
Despite having A-list performers for the return of the big catwalk show, Dylan only had eyes for Barbara and replied: ‘No, it doesn’t matter – I was just interested in seeing my wife.’
After the show, the happy couple were spotted holding hands as they headed to an afterparty following the fashion show’s return after a six-year hiatus.
