Neighbours in a Bulawayo suburb scurried to rescue a boy trapped inside a drainage pipe while playing.
The little boy was playing outside with his mates when he got stuck.

The little crew was outside, and the boys were having the time of their lives outside. As time passed, they reckoned to add some spice to playtime, and one of the little kids snuck inside a drainage pipe that was no longer in use.
Getting inside the cement pipe was very easy. The real problem started when it was time to worm out of the pipe. The naughty kid got stuck and could not wiggle out of the drainage pipe.
His friends haplessly tried to rescue him, but the pipe firmly hugged him, and he could not move. The little boy got frantic and started streaming from inside the drainage pipe.
Some adults who stayed close by rushed to the scene of the incident. The men hoisted the pipe upright and placed it in a small hole. They began shaking and pulling the pipe up, ensuring the boy’s weight pushed him down.
His playmates watched and laughed as he shouted from the drainage pipe. After much effort, the neighbours managed to rescue the boy, and he wormed out of the pipe. One of his friends pulled him out of the hole and dusted him.
