36-year-old Jerry Donald Davis, Jr. of Providence Mill Road in Maiden was arrested Saturday (October 12) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with two counts of obtaining property by false pretense and one count of misdemeanor financial card fraud. Davis was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $5,000 bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today (October 14).
