ROB Gronkowski made a stunning revelation on the Kay Adams show about the actor who portrayed him in a new series.
The former New England Patriots tight end was depicted in a new show on FX.

The FX program American Sports Story is a drama series around Aaron Hernandez.
The ex-Patriots star died in jail in 2017 after being convicted of murder.
The portrayal of characters such as Bill Belichick and Gronkowski has led to some laughs from fans, who have called it “awful.”
But Gronkowski made a stunning revelation when he spoke to Adams this week.
The Fox NFL star said, “It was definitely over the top, but you want to know a fun fact about that?
“That is my friend Laith who is playing me.”
Host Adams was visibly stunned by Gronk’s message and bombarded him with questions.
Four-time Super Bowl champion Gronkowski is played by Laith Wallschleger.
“I’ve known him for about 14 years and he definitely went over the top,” Gronk revealed.
“But I feel like he just fit the show perfectly with all the other characters.
“It was a little exaggerated but it played the part in how this show was produced.”
The ex-tight end turned broadcaster also told Adams that it’s not the first time Laith has played him.
“He plays all by doubles in all my other commercials,” Gronkowski said.
“I think you’ve met him before, he is a good friend.
‘Don’t do your job’
Bill Belichick is known for telling his former New England Patriots players to ‘do your job.’
But he took aim at Rob Gronkowski during the Tom Brady roast.
“You know, a lot of people connect me with a saying called, ‘Do your job.’ And telling people to do their jobs,” Belichick said.
“Gronk, I’ve been watching on Fox NFL Sunday and I’m begging you – stop doing your job.
“Do another job. Do somebody else’s job!”
“He stands in for me – everyone on set has a double.
“He’s shorter than me and not as jacked as me but he’s alright.”
Adams was then left in laughter when she asked Gronkowski to try and imitate Laith’s version of his laugh.
FX has released five episodes of a show titles “American Sports Story” that focuses on Hernandez.
Clips from the series have circulated on social media among disbelieving fans.
“Doesn’t look like him but definitely has the voice and laugh accurate,” one commented on Gronk’s depiction.
