When is Black Friday 2024?

This year Black Friday falls on Friday, November 29th.

Traditionally Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving in the United States, which is usually the fourth Thursday in November and means Black Friday is the fourth Friday of the month.

But, this year the calendar falls slightly differently, and Black Friday falls on the fifth Friday in November.

Black Friday has become a global phenomenon, and UK shoppers are now just as eager to bag a bargain. 

While Black Friday falls later in the month, I expect deals to start rolling out in advance of the date bookmarked in my diary.

In previous years, many retailers, including Ghd, kickstarted its discounts days prior to Black Friday. 

Will the same apply this year? Only time will tell.

Cyber Monday 2024 takes place on Monday, December 2nd this year.

Cyber Monday is the digital follow-up to Black Friday and is the final day to shop deals over Cyber Weekend. 

Ghd has historically extended its Black Friday deals through to Cyber Monday, so expect another chance to snap up a great deal if you missed out on the weekend. 

Keep checking the Ghd website, as some deals may be exclusive to Cyber Monday.

Having said that, if there is a specific item you are desperate to get your hands on and simply can’t miss the opportunity of a reduced price on Black Friday, I would advise you to buy it immediately before it sells out.
