Josh Hall has hit back at Christina Hall in another divorce filing after she put their Tennessee home on the market for $4.5 million.
In court documents obtained by DailyMail.com, Josh filed a temporary emergency injunction to halt the sale of their home in Franklin, TN (aka Parker Branch). He offered Christina a blanket settlement offer, but she then listed it.
He also said she allowed him to live in the house when it was vacant, which he did for 12 days in September, but now he has moved elsewhere in Tennessee and claims he is “suffering prejudice” because his cost of living will increase.
In the documents, Josh claims that the house was listed by Christina without his permission and without a court order.
The house was purchased by Christina in February 2021, prior to their wedding, but Josh insists that “the community maintains an appreciation interest due to the mortgage being paid off during the marriage.

“A premature sale could cause prejudice on my part as property values continue to rise in Tennessee, which is still growing in population.”
Josh claims Christina asked for his “written permission” to sell the house on September 23, but he didn’t agree.
He also claims that on September 24, Christina served him with a proposed stipulation and order related to the house, an agreement that she says she “unilaterally prepared.” He did not sign that document.
Josh claims he then made Christina a global settlement offer on September 25.
The settlement included conditions regarding the house, but Christina rejected the proposal on September 30.
Josh claims that Christina continued to “unliterally mention” the house without his permission. The house was listed for $4.5 million.
He claims he learned of the listing on social media and sent correspondence through his counsel, informing Christina that they had not reached a settlement and that he did not agree to the sale of Parker Branch.
Josh claims that Christina told him that his objection was “ineffective” and that she allegedly refused to remove the entry.

He also claimed that during their divorce, he and Christina were able to come to an agreement regarding the use of their homes in Newport Beach and Parker Branch.
The former couple agreed that Christina would have “exclusive use and possession” of their Newport Beach home, while Josh could stay at Parker Branch, which also serves as a part-time short-term rental when not in use.
Josh moved to Tennessee because of the deal they made and lived in Parker Branch for twelve days during the month of September. But when the house was used by temporary tenants, he stayed with relatives.
“My move to Tennessee was significantly affected by our aforementioned provision, which allowed me to enjoy this property during our divorce. I will now suffer from prejudice as my cost of living will undoubtedly increase,” he claimed.
