This summer, Miller Genuine Draft is bringing the heat with the Miller Mix World Tour, a celebration of music and street culture like no other.
Partnering with Beatport, this global campaign is fusing the pulse of cities from around the world, with South Africa proudly featured as one of the six participating countries.
Johannesburg, known for its vibrant hustle and creativity, is set to take centre stage. As part of this exciting campaign, there’s a special competition for South Africa’s rising music talent. Budding artists are invited to submit their mixtapes on Beatport for a chance to win an incredible opportunity—mentorship from Bongani “MÖRDA” Mohosana, Miller Genuine Draft’s brand ambassador. The ultimate winner will get the chance of a lifetime to open for the legendary Scorpion Kings at the highly anticipated Miller Mix concert.
Scheduled for 7 December 2024, the concert will take place at the Old Train Station in Newtown. Expect top-notch performances from the likes of Scorpion Kings, MÖRDA, Sun-El Musician, DBN Gogo, Oscar MBO, and Shamiso. With an epic lineup like this, it’s set to be a night of electrifying performances and a celebration of South Africa’s vibrant music scene.
