And both Strahan and Howie Long jumped in when Bradshaw seemingly went too far.

The Pittsburgh Steelers legend was furious with DeShaun Watson’s abject performance.

Watson threw for just 125 yards in Cleveland’s Week 5 thrashing by Washington.

The Browns were beaten 34-13 by the Commanders in a defeat that left them at 1-4 for the season.

“Do you put Watson down now?” Bradshaw asked.

“He has not played well since he’s been in Cleveland.”

Watson is 31st in QBR for the season with a rating of only 21.

He is 25th in yards thrown among quarterbacks and hasn’t passed for more than 200 in any of his five starts this season.

But Long interjected and said, “I don’t want to put him down, I’d want to sit him.”

And a laughing Strahan added, “I was thinking the same thing, that was a little harsh.”

Bradshaw and Long shared a fist bump as they both saw the funny side.

The Fox NFL Sunday crew enjoyed many laughs on their pregame show ahead of Week 5.

Bradshaw discussed how Sam Darnold is starting to prove himself as an NFL starting quarterback with the Minnesota Vikings.

Darnold bounced around a few teams before landing in Minnesota and leading them to a 5-0 start

“The one thing he maybe was lacking because of the way he was treated was confidence,” Bradshaw said.

The original Tom Brady

Tom Brady was left lost for words after Terry Bradshaw admitted he used his identity.

Host Curt Menefee drew Brady’s attention to a 1983 newspaper report that a man called Thomas Brady underwent surgery.

That was actually Bradshaw while he was still in his playing days with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Bradshaw won four Super Bowls in his 13-year career under center in Pittsburgh.

The former Steelers quarterback explained, “When I checked in they said ‘you’re not going to get checked in under your name because you’ll get hassled, what do you want to go under?’

“I said, ‘Put me under Thomas Brady.’

“That’s how it happened.”

“When I’m around say Brad Pitt I can very easily be no confidence in the way I look Michael.

“I happen to think I’m a cute guy, and that makes up for it.

“Darnold, kind of a cute guy maybe, 11 touchdowns, three interceptions.

“He is playing lights out, right place, right time, right coach.”

But a stunned Strahan said, “He lost me at looking like Brad Pitt.”
