The 5 secrets Sydney Sweeney swears by to be ‘the sexiest woman alive’ – including a £2 bargain you can find in Lidl

SHE’S been blessed with jaw-dropping looks and is beyond talented – so it comes as no surprise that Sydney Sweeney is the hottest name on everyone’s lips.

The 27-year-old Euphoria star has been hailed ”the sexiest woman in the world” and recently made fans go wild after stripping naked in a bath.

The American actress left little to the imagination as she covered her modesty with bubbles to promote Dr. Squatch Natural Body Wash for an advert.

Sydney said: “Hello, you dirty little boys. Are you interested in my body… wash.

“Well you can’t have it… because it isn’t for boys. It’s for men.”

The blonde beauty shared the clip to her 22million followers on Instagram with the caption: “For my dirty little boys out there, upgrade to Dr. Squatch Natural Body Wash.

“For men who prefer natural.”

And the internet went wild, with one writing: “Sales went through the stratosphere today.”

“This might be the greatest marketing team I have ever seen,” a second said.

But just how does Sydney – who’s even inspired others to undergo a makeover – achieve her enviable figure?

Here we take a look at her tips to stay in top shape – and turns out, there’s no need to ditch sugar.

For breakfast, the blonde stunner will opt for berries (£2 in the frozen section in Lidl) – although this sometimes changes, depending on her cravings.

Another go-to when she wants something more filling is a current favourite – a croissant toast that Sydney eats with cinnamon sugar and honey butter, she told Bustle.

No sugary drinks

Whilst the 27-year-old, who recently received an IMDB’s fan favourite award, is pretty relaxed with sugary breakfasts, she is pretty strict when it comes to drinks.

“I only drink water. I have never even tried coffee,” she said.

“For whatever reason, when I was like 12, I decided I would only drink water and I just stuck with it. I love water, it’s my thing. I’ve had a Shirley Temple to celebrate, but I feel totally fine with just water.”

Keeping fit her dog

To keep fit, the Euphoria star likes to take her four-legged pal out for walks every day[/caption]

On the exercise front, meanwhile, the foodie revealed she doesn’t always go intense – and sometimes a long walk with her pooch is more than enough.

On average, Sydney revealed, she will take her furry pal, Tank, out for a two-mile walk in the morning and then later at night – and if she’s feeling extra motivated, the fitness lover will run the distance.

Over the last few years, pilates has become all the rage in the world of fitness and exercise – and Sydney is not the one to sleep on the trend.

A recent snap the star shared on Instagram was taken in the popular pilates studio Solidcore, which describes its classes as, “a high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout on a pilates-inspired reformer”.

”With the lights down and music up, you’ll find a stronger version of yourself by the first song change.

”Our core workout utilises slow and controlled movements scientifically designed to break down muscles (to failure) so they build back stronger.”

“It just makes me feel so toned and strong, but also elongated, and I feel so good doing that,” Sydney told Women’s Health.

Swimming & water sports

Growing up on the water, Sydney can always be seen running around in a bikini[/caption]

Turning leisure into a workout that’s good for both your physical and mental health – what a win, and that’s exactly what the actress does when hitting the ocean.

“I grew up on the water, always running around in a bikini. If I wasn’t swimming in the lake or the ocean, I was skiing or attempting to surf,” she told ELLE.
