Rodgers shared that he was “feeling a little banged up” after Sunday’s home loss.

The four-time NFL MVP also revealed that his knee was “a little swollen.”

“But you know, it’s just kinda wear and tear of Week 4,” Rodgers told ESPN star Pat McAfee on his self-titled show.

“I’m hoping that we can all have a little perspective here.

“That seemed like an outlier game, obviously has a real solid defense.

“But the weather and the defense and our lack of execution made [up] a pretty bad combination there and only put up nine points.”

The Jets home game at MetLife Stadium experienced rainy conditions on Sunday.

New York’s offense struggled, failing to post a single touchdown.

Rodgers completed 24-of-42 passes for 225 yards.

The game didn’t come without drama, however.

New York’s offensive line struggled, giving up five sacks and having five false starts.

After the game, head coach Robert Saleh questioned whether his team was “good enough” to take part in the pre-snap cadence that Rodgers is known for executing.

Rodgers didn’t agree with Saleh’s notion that pre-snap cadence needs to be “dialed back.”

“That’s one way to do it The other way is to hold them accountable,” he told reporters.

“We haven’t had an issue… until this.”

Rodgers and Saleh also had a seemingly tense moment after the Jets got the lead over the New England Patriots in Week 3.

The former Green Bay Packers player lightly pushed Saleh and fans thought he told Saleh it was “too early” to be overly confident with the game.

Rodgers played down the sequence after the victory, revealing that the moment “wasn’t awkward at all.”

New York will look to go back to over .500 football this weekend as they will face the 4-0 Minnesota Vikings in London.
