55-year-old Susan Carol Montgomery of Stony Point was arrested by Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies Sunday (September 29) on a charge of breaking & entering. She was held without bond in the Alexander County Detention Center. Montgomery has a previous charge pending in Alexander County for simple assault and was scheduled to appear on that charge Monday in District Court.
