One fan even brought a vuzuzela to the event[/caption]
With just one spot up for grabs, the atmosphere in Nairobi was incredible.
And a clip of the semi-final clash between Patrick Ocheng and Peter Wachirui has now been seen over one million times.
As home favourite Wachirui hit a stunning double 16 to checkout, the crowd erupted with people jumping for joy and one man hilariously lifted up a 180 sign.
Even the infamously noisy vuvuzela, best remembered from the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, was back as a supporter in the front row blew into it.
One fan reacted: “Great to see/hear a vuvuzela again after all these years, said no one ever.”
Another added: “This is absolutely bonkers but I can’t stop watching.”
A third commented: “Everything in this is incredible.”
Wachirui eventually won 7-5 and danced at the oche with fans before he was mobbed by friends who gatecrashed the stage.
