Sunday’s App State Soccer Sun Belt home opener against Arkansas State has been postponed due to the effects of Hurricane Helene.
The match has been rescheduled for Sunday, Oct. 20 at noon. Additionally App State’s road contest against James Madison, originally scheduled for Friday, Oct. 18, has been moved up to Thursday, Oct. 17 at 7 p.m. to allow for adequate recovery time in between games.
The Mountaineers are off to a 2-0 start in Sun Belt play, following road wins at Georgia Southern and Louisiana, will return to action at home on Friday when the team hosts Georgia State in its Pink Game. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. and the match will be broadcast on ESPN+.
