38-year old Natasha Danielle Steele of Newton was served a warrant Thursday in Alexander County for a felony probation violation and a pair of warrants for traffic-related offenses from Cabarrus County. Her most recent felony conviction was in 2021 in Catawba County for possession of a schedule II controlled substance. At last report, Steele remained in the Alexander County Detention Center under a $32,000 bond. She has a Superior Court date in Taylorsville coming up on October 7.
