Mum of five Alice Webb tragically died from a BBL on Monday[/caption]

Jordan James Parke, a TV star who calls himself the Lip King has been arrested over the death, which occurred after the 33-year-old suffered complications from the surgery at a clinic in Gloucester.

Alice is the 28th person Brit in the last few years to have died from the surgery, leading experts to say that the UK is facing a botched BBL crisis.

However, there are plenty of natural ways to have a behind as sensational as Kim Kardashian‘s.

Fitness fanatic Treasure (@thetreasureshow) took to TikTok to reveal how you can get a “natural BBL” with a simple three part workout routine.

Showing off her impressive physique, the fitness influencer revealed that to achieve her look, she trains her lower body three times a week.

“Tips on how to start getting BBL allegations”, she joked.

This is through exercises like weighted squats, lunges, and deadlifts.

The fitness pro added that she also trains her upper body three times a week, focusing on her shoulders and back.

You can do this through exercises such as lateral raises, bent over rows and reverse flyes.

The final step to Treasure’s routine is to maintain a consistent cardio routine.

This can be through running on a treadmill, or in the park or trying out a spin class at your local gym.

Treasure also advised eating a lot of protein, as this is crucial for muscle growth.

Protein contains amino acids which are used to stimulate the growth of myofibrils, which are the filaments that make up muscles.

According to the NHS, the recommended amount of protein to build muscle is 1.2–1.7 grams per kilogram of body weight per day.

Treasure’s video, has likely left many people impressed, as it has racked up over 154,000 views on the video sharing platform.

TikTok users raced to the video’s comments section to share their thoughts on her workout routine.

One person said: “This is exactly how I do it!”

Another person said: “I’m going to start doing this!”

A third person said: “Goals”

A fourth said: “Amazing!”
