What is the she deserves the purse trend?

The heartwarming TikTok trend has taken the internet by storm after one creator in the US showcased her random acts of kindness.

Tabitha Swatosh went viral after secretly inserting various amounts of cash inside baby items at a grocery store.

The aim is that a struggling mom will come across the item by chance and put it towards raising their kids.

In the famous clip, she said: “Today I’m going to be hiding money in different baby items depending on what they’re worth.

“For example, these diapers are $40 so I’m going to be hiding $40 into them”.

Tabitha then slipped in $50 into baby formula, taken aback by how pricey it was.

But she also opted to put money into affordable everyday essentials.

The trend often sees popular and privileged influencers like Tabitha take part – who said she was keen to “pay it forward”.

In another video explaining her motive she said: “When I was little, my parents divorced.

“They were single, young parents trying to raise three kids and my little brother wasn’t even one yet.”

Moms were quick to race to the comments to praise the TikToker for her kind gesture.

One said: “To the creators who do this & don’t film, you too are seen.

“To those share their good works, regardless, may these parents be blessed plentiful & financial burden be aided.”

Another grateful viewer added: “As a mom that has struggled, I PRAY to be able to do this one day.”

But one said: “I hope that some person who sees these videos won’t go into the aisles looking for this stuff”.

And a different user added: “This is so sweet and thank you! But as a mom I get leery when I see money bills because of them possibly being laced with something.”
