LIDL fans are in for a treat, as the budget supermarket has announced it is launching a boozy brunch for just £6.49 – the same price as a bottle of Lidl fizzy rosé

The Live, Laugh Lidl drag brunches are set to takeover Manchester and London this October, with tickets on sale from 9am this morning, Friday, September 27.

The events will include two hours of non-stop entertainment, hosted by Hunsnet, including bingo, quizzes and a variety of incredible drag performances.

Lucky quiz winners will be able to get their hands on ‘cult classic’ middle aisle buys, and there will even be some surprise celebrity guests.

Lidl lovers will also be served plenty Prosecco Spumante Rosé Extra Dry Lidl canapes, and a mouth watering brunch.

The showstopping brunch is coming to London on October 19th, and Manchester on October 20th, with tickets available to buy here.

And after a two minute sell out of the Lidl Croissant Handbags, and Lidl Mystery Boxes flying off shelves in record time, these tickets are set to move quickly.

In order to purchase the tickets, customers will need to pay a £20 deposit, which will be returned upon attendance.

Some of the tasty treats on offer at the brunch will be the ‘Tot To Go’ Crispy Potato Terrines and Couture Croquettes to start and Got The Chi-Ick’ Fried Chicken Burgers and ‘365 Planty Girl’ Vegan Burger for mains.

The Manchester brunch will take place at restaurant and theatre venue Impossible, whereas London guests will have to trek to Colour in Hoxton for the event.

Gareth Howells, Founder of Hunsnet, says“We are absolutely delighted to partner with Lidl for the #LiveLaughLidl brunch drag series – as someone who heads down to my local Lidl to get a cheeky bottle of fizz on a Friday, it’s my most natural collaboration to date.

“Grab your girls and guys, and join me and a few VERY special A-list hun guests to eat, sing and party.”

Yet another treat gifted to Lidl shoppers recently has been the store’s budget dupe of Ninja air fryers.

Ninja’s gadgets are often considered the holy grail of air frying.

Its Ninja Foodi MAX Dual Zone Air Fryer with Smart Cook System AF451UK costs an eye-watering £269.99.

However, Lidl’s Gourmetmaxx Double Air Fryer 7L is said to do the job just as well at £29.99.

Not only that, but the two-tray kitchen gadget looks pretty similar to Ninja’s flagship one.

The budget air fryer was unearthed by shopper Paula R Nicholls in the German retailer’s Tondu, Bridgend store.

She shared her find in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group.

“Now that is a real bargain,” Nikki Johnson commented.

“That’s an absolute steal,” Tari Kenia added.

“I wish I saw this before forking out on my expensive one!” Carla Walters moaned.
