Kevin Hart Shut Down His Restaurant Chain! Rumors Fly Thick And Fast Closure Linked To Diddy’s Arrest

Earlier this week, Kevin Hart’s fast-food chain, Hart House, ceased operations at all its locations, thus ending its two-year journey.

This event has fueled speculation among netizens that it could be somehow related to rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs’ recent arrest.

Hart House, a Vegas fast-food chain operated by Kevin Hart for the last two years, announced its exit with a heartfelt goodbye to all its team members, guests, and community.

However, neither Kevin Hart nor the management of Hart House has stated the cause of the sudden closure.

This has led to rumours flying thick and fast that the closure is somehow related to the arrest of music baron Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.

Many netizens on social media platforms, particularly X, have posted videos hinting that Hart was one of the beneficiaries and participants in Diddy’s ‘freak parties’. However, these claims have not been independently verified.

One such user commented on X,

“Kevin Hart closed all his restaurants after finding out about Diddy’s arrest. Do you think he’s involved?”

Another user commented,

“Kevin Hart is not what everybody thinks he is. Kevin Hart is at a Diddy Party.”

A third user commented,

“All 4 locations of Kevin Hart’s restaurants have been shut down by his choice. A lot of celebrities are stepping down from positions. This is very strange. Welcome to the Diddy scandal.”

In the ensuing melee, Kevin has yet to react to these rumors.

In a note on its Instagram handle, the fast-food chain wrote,

“To our team, guests, and community, who helped make the change we all craved. A heartfelt goodbye for now as we start a new chapter,” on its official Instagram handle.

Hart House operated in four locations in Los Angeles County, including Westchester, Monrovia, University Park, and Hollywood.

CEO Andy Hooper told media house Eater LA,

“The response to the product has been incredible, and we thank our committed team, our customers, and our community partners for helping make the change we all craved, and for their unwavering support of Hart House.”

Hart House is a plant-based fast-food chain, and its menu features milkshakes, plant-based burgers, tater tots, “chicken” sandwiches, salads, nuggets, and more.

The fast-food chain aimed to provide people with a plant-based option, sentiments which Hart told The Hollywood Reporter in August 2022, ahead of the plant-based restaurant chain’s opening. Hart also revealed in 2020 that he would stick to a mostly plant-based diet.
